Each tracked keyword is checked every week on Google, on desktop and mobile, recording your position and the AI Overview for that search. The same keyword also gets its own AI search question, checked weekly on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, recording if your site is cited. One keyword, both battlegrounds, one slot. Pausing or removing a keyword frees its slot right away.

Run now gives you a fresh check of a keyword on demand, outside the weekly schedule - Google and the AI engines together. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of these checks. The weekly checks, and the first check when you add a keyword, never count against it.

Limits are fixed per plan and there are no overage charges. Page analyses and run-now checks are monthly allowances that start fresh each calendar month. Keyword slots are a ceiling: when every slot is in use, pause or remove a keyword to add another, or move to a bigger plan. Nothing is deleted when you reach a limit.

Yes, at any time from Settings in the app. Manage billing opens your billing portal, where you can switch plans, change the billing interval, update your card or cancel. An upgrade applies immediately and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade applies immediately too, and the unused part of what you paid becomes a credit on your next invoices. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.

Your workspace is paused, not deleted. Keyword and AI search tracking stop and new analyses are on hold, but your projects, keywords and history are kept for 90 days after the subscription ends. Choose a plan again within that time and everything picks up where it left off. If a renewal payment fails, it is retried for about two weeks first, and your access continues meanwhile.

Fees are non-refundable, with two exceptions. A billing error, such as being charged twice for the same period, is refunded in full. Any refund right that mandatory law gives you is not limited. The Refund and Cancellation Policy has the details.

Yes. New accounts start with a 15-day free trial, no card needed. The trial includes 5 page analyses and 3 tracked keywords with weekly Google checks; AI engine checks start on a paid plan.

Prices are in US dollars. At checkout you may see the amount in your local currency, and any tax that applies to your purchase is added there. Your receipts and invoices come from Stripe, the merchant of record for your purchase.
