Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

RankedContent is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application owned and operated by S.C. Randombyte Software SRL. Throughout these Terms of Service, “S.C. Randombyte Software SRL”, “Randombyte”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the RankedContent service, and “you” refers to the person or organization using it.

These terms govern your access to and use of https://www.rankedcontent.ai/ and the RankedContent service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use RankedContent on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

The Service

RankedContent helps you optimize web content for search engines and AI answer engines. The service analyzes pages you submit, produces SEO and AEO/GEO scores and recommendations, tracks keyword rankings and AI answer engine visibility, and sends related reports and alerts. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

RankedContent is currently offered in private beta. Access is granted by invitation or through our waitlist, and beta features may change or be withdrawn without notice.

The service is intended for business and professional use. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use it.

Accounts and Teams

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly through our contact page if you suspect unauthorized use.

Accounts belong to a workspace (organization). Workspace owners and admins control who is a member, what is analyzed and tracked, and the workspace's settings, and are responsible for their team's use of the service under these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the service to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights;
  • submit URLs or content with the goal of probing, overloading, or attacking a website, or of accessing content you are not permitted to access;
  • attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, security measures, or access controls, or to access another customer's data;
  • scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract the service or its output by automated means outside the features we provide;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as a service of your own without our written agreement;
  • reverse engineer the service.

We may suspend or limit access that we reasonably believe violates this section, and where practical we will tell you why.

Your Content

You keep all rights to the URLs, keywords, brand information, and other material you submit to the service, and to your own website content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: to fetch and analyze the pages you submit, to process your inputs with our service providers (including AI model providers and search data providers), and to store the results for you.

You are responsible for what you submit. Only submit URLs and content you are entitled to analyze for your work, and make sure your use of the service respects the terms of the websites and platforms involved.

AI-Generated Output

Scores, recommendations, generated schema, FAQs, and similar output are produced with the help of AI models and third-party data sources. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Review output before relying on it or publishing it, and treat it as advice, not as a guarantee.

Search engines and AI answer engines rank and cite content according to their own systems, which we do not control. We do not promise any particular ranking, visibility, citation, traffic, or business result from using the service.

Free Tools and Trials

We offer free tools and trial access so you can evaluate the service. Free tools and trials are provided as is, may carry lower usage limits, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. When a trial ends, access to paid features stops unless you move to a paid plan.

Fees and Payment

Parts of the service are or will be offered under paid plans and one-time analysis packages. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the product or agreed with you directly. Where payments are handled by a payment processor, its terms apply to the payment itself.

Unless we say otherwise or the law requires it, fees are non-refundable. Subscription plans renew for successive periods until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal. If a payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable time, we may downgrade or suspend the affected workspace.

Fees do not include taxes; you are responsible for any that apply.

Third-Party Services

The service is built on third-party providers (listed in our Privacy Policy) and can connect to third-party accounts you choose to link, such as Google Search Console. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms, and our use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, design, scoring systems, and branding, belongs to Randombyte and its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership to you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without obligation to you.

Privacy

How we collect and handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep the service available and dependable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, and events outside our control can affect availability. We may modify or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service as a whole or a feature material to your paid plan, we will give you reasonable advance notice where practical.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; and our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 50 EUR if you have paid nothing in that period.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Indemnity

If a third party brings a claim against us arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages we incur as a result.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service; where practical we will give you notice first.

When your account is deleted, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, such as those on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes, survive it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable advance notice, for example by email or a notice in the product. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Using the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the service and delete your account.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these terms or the service that we cannot resolve together will be brought before the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.

If you have questions about these terms, please contact us. Thank you for using RankedContent.
